Each shoe factory has to use Counter and dozens of manufacturers can make Counter in China.每个鞋厂都要使用港宝产品，在*也有数十家*生产港宝的生产厂家。

But the current domestic Counter is mainly supplied with roll packing, shoe factories have to cutting and skiving after received roll packing Counter. Not only meet a variety of different design or sewing requirements, but also consider beauty appearance and comfortability of shoes. Therefore, the requirements are very high to both process and operating skills, which caused some difficulties in operation and material loss.

但是目前国内生产的港宝都是以卷装片材为主，鞋厂拿回港宝以后，裁片、削边，而且还要配合各种不同的设计处理或车缝要求，并兼顾鞋子外观的美感和穿着的舒适，因此对各种工艺要求很高，对操作人员的技术要求也很高。造成了一定的操作难度和材料损失。

A. One skilled operator can cut 4000 pcs/day, 104000 pcs/month,which equal to 26000 pcs shoes, so that at least 3 operators required per month to meet capacity demand.
