7. Exhibition Procedures:
1)The allocation of booths is based on the principle of "apply first, pay first, select first". Exhibitors can pre-select booths according to their layout, and the Co-organizers/Sponsors are given the priority for selecting booths. In order to ensure the rationality of allocation and the overall arrangement effect, the Organizing Committee shall have the right to make the adjustment to some booths that have been allocated.
2)After pre-selection, exhibitors shall fill in the "Exhibition Application Form/Contract" with official seal and then send it to the Organizer by fax or mail.
3)The Organizer shall review and confirm the "Exhibition Application Form/Contract" upon receipt and send it back to exhibitors with official seal by fax or mail.
4)Participation fees (including booth fee, conference service fee or advertising expense, etc.) shall be remitted in full to the bank account designated by the Organizing Committee within one week after application.
